For over 40 years, Dr. Geoffrey Mount Varner has worked as an ER physician, making split-second decisions where the cost of hesitation was measured in lives, not dollars.
Along the way, he faced his own high-stakes decisions — surviving cancer three times through 114 medical appointments in 18 months. That experience shaped everything he now teaches: that clarity, speed, and confidence aren’t personality traits — they’re skills anyone can build under pressure.
Today, known as America’s Decisions Expert, Dr. Geoffrey works with executives, healthcare leaders, and high-performing teams — bringing ER-tested frameworks into boardrooms, keynotes, and leadership programs.
