Meet Lars Sudmann

Lars Sudmann is a dynamic and engaging speaker with a background in leadership, innovation, and change, having previously served as an executive and CFO at Procter & Gamble.

He lectures on leadership at RWTH Aachen University Business School.

In addition, Lars is a senior fellow and council director at the global think tank “The Conference Board” and advises top-performing scale-ups and rapidly growing companies.

His insights have been featured in BBC Capital, Forbes, Inc., Fast Company, the Chicago Tribune, and more. His TEDx talks rank among the most popular, with over two million views, and his latest book on innovative and transformative leadership is titled Innovation that Sticks.
