Biography

Jacob Morgan is a professionally trained futurist and one of the world’s leading experts on what it takes to be future-ready—the powerful blend of leadership, employee experience, and the future of work.

He doesn’t just give speeches—he creates powerful experiences that transform how leaders lead, how employees show up, and how organizations shape the future. His talks are customized, deeply researched, packed with compelling stories, and filled with practical takeaways.

Born into an immigrant family from the Republic of Georgia, Jacob was raised with the values of hard work, resilience, and vision. After college, he took a corporate job that promised growth—but delivered cold calls and PowerPoints. When the CEO asked him to fetch coffee, he walked away from corporate life—and never looked back. That was one of the last jobs he ever had.

Today, Jacob is a professionally trained futurist, best-selling author of six books, and a globally recognized keynote speaker with a worldwide audience. He also leads Future of Work Leaders, a global community for CHROs.

His keynotes are built on proprietary research, including surveys of tens of thousands of employees and work with thousands of business leaders (including CEOs and CHROs). Each talk is engaging, memorable, and data-driven.

Jacob speaks on what it means to be future-ready—covering employee experience, leadership, and the future of work. His mission is simple: show what’s possible, inspire action, and give people the tools to turn vision into reality.
