Roi Shternin is a passionate patient advocate, motivational speaker, and social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering people facing mental health challenges or living with invisible disabilities.

After experiencing trauma during military service that led to PTSD and debilitating symptoms, Roi was undiagnosed for nearly a decade before discovering he had Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) – a chronic illness often overlooked. Feeling dismissed and unsupported by the medical system inspired Roi’s mission to help others.

Roi founded The Patient School to educate and build a community for those struggling with mental health issues or hidden disabilities. He advocates for more compassionate, accessible healthcare through organizations like Health Tech Without Borders.
