Nadine Chammas: Founder of ‘The Life Director’

Nadine Chammas is a pioneering social impact strategist who believes in transforming lives to the better with her diversified creative talent, analytical wit, communicable inspiration and theatrical charisma.

Nadine is admired for being passionately driven to play multiple roles in life and career – mother and wife, life mentor, motivational speaker, author, theater director, script writer, actor, award winning singer, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and entrepreneur – this abundant background and experience encouraged her to connect with her true calling in life by incorporating each and every aspect of her human capital to positively and enthusiastically provoke individuals to attain their true identity and their innermost best.

Growing up in Lebanon, Nadine’s innate love for singing led her to pursue a formal specialized education in Dramatics and Theatre Arts.

After successfully scripting, producing, directing and acting in several theatre plays, Nadine moved to Dubai in the year 2000 and embarked on her first entrepreneurial venture by establishing the ‘Scenez Group Production Company’ in order to craft culture-bridging plays and shows for the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises. Following her heart’s pursuit, Nadine then stepped it up and launched ‘Scenez Drama and Arts Academy’, the first production company for children’s theatre in the country located in DUCTAC (Dubai Community Theater and Arts Centre).

In this rewarding role, not only did Nadine teach dramatics, but she also fostered a safe space for young talents to discover their voices, self-esteem and confidence by creating Drama Therapy – a healing, empowering and innovative process that has proven to be just as effective with the youth as it is with adults in the workplace!

After experiencing motherhood herself, Nadine reached out and connected with mothers around the Arab region by hosting weekly counselling sessions on Al Arabiya. She also set up ‘Super Dooper Edutainment Center’ to engage and inspire children to learn through entertainment media.

A life-long learner and firm advocate of education, Nadine continued to arm herself with knowledge – NLP Coaching, Positive Parenting, Life Coaching for Excellence, Transformational Therapy and even Stage Hypnosis – yes, you read that correctly!

– Nadine is the first certified female stage hypnotist in the Middle East.

Drawing from her own life experiences and challenges, Nadine chose to embrace the power of positivity and is committed to building awareness and spreading the joy in everything she engages in.

She has also combined her expertise as a coach and a therapist to create an online program for the regional professional growth platform ‘Al Mentor’. Since then, Nadine has been invited to deliver several motivational talks which regularly morphed into powerful, interactive learning experiences utilizing her unique gift of humor, positivity and entertainment.

Most recently, during the global COVID-19 pandemic, Nadine felt compelled to vocalize her triggered emotions during that rough phase by writing and releasing 2 songs with Arabic lyrics that beautifully resonated with millions around the GCC, garnering over 1.2 million YouTube views alone. In all, Nadine has released 11 songs on digital platforms so far.

Skillfully integrating her education, talents, knowledge and insights over the past 2 decades, Nadine founded ‘The Life Director’, a TLD trademark – a personal and corporate development consultancy firm aimed to promote her ‘Method’ in customizing positive lifestyle programs for individuals, corporates and schools.

This ‘Life Director Method’ materializes in a book, a certified course as well as a retreat. Nadine holds a BA in Fine Arts from the Lebanese University and is certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Her formal education includes accreditations as a Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy (TM), Teacher of Theta Healing and certified Stage Hypnotist from Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a culmination of her rich life experiences and profound revelations gained over the years, Nadine published her first book, The Stage is Yours, which became an Amazon bestseller, staying at the top for several weeks following its release.
