Biography
Imran Rehman: A Futurist and Expert for the Team Flow and Dynamics
Imran is a lively and imaginative leader with skills enriched by his unfailing curiosity about the world around us and his own multi-cultural origins. He gained 30 years of experience by working up through the organisation from frontline roles in sales to key leadership roles as a team leader, department head and managing partner.
Today, he dedicates his time to scaling an innovative web-based product that builds essential leadership and team development skills. As CEO of Kokoro GmbH, he wants to become the most effective platform on the European market for upskilling and developing team leads and self-managing teams.
When he is not supporting Kokoro’s customers embark on their journey towards continuous improvement and empowering their leaders and teams to reach their full potential, he is delivering talks on all things teams, high-performance and real-time people analytics.
