Background
Born and raised in Duisburg, Dorothée’s life has been one of change and transformation. She studied civil engineering in Essen (if you travel by ICE from Frankfurt to Cologne, you’ll pass a section of the railway whose drainage planning was done by Dorothée) and made the switch to IT after 9 years. After a few years, she joined BigTech (IBM) and dove into major technology themes. For Dorothée, the focus is on what technology achieves—for businesses and for us as individuals.
