Biography
As an internationally recognized speaker, Diego draws on his cross-disciplinary knowledge and global experience to provide thought-provoking strategic intelligence to clients to help them imagine the future, anticipate risks and opportunities, and make sense of the geostrategic, technological, and cultural complexities impacting global business in an increasingly fragmented world.
Diego has lectured in different universities, including the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
A cultural broker between East and West, he is the author of Decoding China (2017) and was a member of the International Advisory Board of the National Image Research Centre at Tsinghua University.

He is the author of Decoding China (2017) and has lectured in different universities, including the Judge Business School in Cambridge and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
Diego is a Graduate in History from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from the University of Oxford and an Executive Certificate in Advocacy in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.
He is an international Futurist and Strategic Foresight Practitioner certified by the Institute for the Future of Palo Alto, the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies, and the Saïd Business School Oxford Scenarios Program.
As a recognised expert in Global Business and Culture, Diego holds certifications in Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture from Hofstede Insights, a global leading consulting and research firm in the field of culture and management.
Diego is a certified Executive Coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London and a certified Visionary Leadership Coach from the Oleg Konovalov Visionary Leadership Coaching Certification Program. He also holds a certification in Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute in New York.
