Danny Bent’s Background

Danny Bent is the award-winning author of two motivational publications including “You’ve Gone too Far This Time Sir” and “Not All Superheroes Wear Capes”. He is also a celebrated journalist, athlete, adventurer, community builder, Guinness World Record holder and speaker.

He caught the attention of the public after competing in the BBC show Special Forces Ultimate Hell Week and coming second overall. As an ultimate adventurer he has cycled 9000 miles from London to India, Pogo’d across Toga and travelled across the USA twice, climbed Kilimanjaro and has travelled to Asia, South America, Europe and Africa.

Danny also setup “Project Awesome” a free fitness initiative that regularly has a positive impact on people’s lives in London.

As a speaker, he is honest, real, inspirational, he is full of fun and mischief and his stories and passion for life leave you feeling a better person. He has given presentations to global brands across the world including HSBC, Royal Geographic Society, National Geographic, Google, YouTube, Salomon, Innocent, Cotswold, Toyota and Nestle.

Danny was voted one of the 100 happiest people in the UK and one of the 50 most inspirational people in London. His most recent project is The World Relay 2018 that combines his adventures and community building into an 18,000 mile relay around the world to raise 10M for the UN Global Goals.
