How to be your best work self/team player when your personal life is suffering?
Companies are seeing more and more employees take time off work due to relationship-related issues. Not only does this impact the employee themselves but also managers, the workforce, plus other team and project members. With the rise of external pressures, such as relationship breakdowns, divorce, financial pressure, health issues and more, Charlene will help your company look at effective tools and techniques to support employees. She maintains this can be achieved without it affecting and impacting overall work objectives. How to work with difficult people and improve your team player behaviour? How possible is it really that we can all successfully work together to achieve the same goal in a workplace - this whilst tolerating and sometimes navigating the different, sometimes complex behaviours and actions of other colleagues? Our own personal journeys with our gender, sexuality, race, age, culture etc – have shaped us into the person we are today, but our colleagues also come with their own challenges too. Charlene will guide your team to find a way to accept differences in the workplace in a way that helps you to reach a common work goal.
