Cassandra Stavrou MBE is the founder of PROPER Snacks, the maker of PROPERCORN and PROPERCHIPS. Spearheading the healthy snacking boom, she built the business into Europe’s largest independent snacking company creating a challenger to established giants and reaching over £100m in sales. PROPER’s products are sold in over 20 countries and listed in every major UK retailer. It is also the first ever B Corp snacks company.
