Biography
Meet Baz Moffat
Baz Moffat is an accomplished athlete turned pioneering coach, dedicated to empowering women through holistic health and well-being. Baz’s journey began with academic excellence, culminating in a first-class honours degree and a Masters before she transitioned with utter grit and determination onto the Great Britain national rowing team.
During her illustrious career, Baz secured numerous medals, including a silver at the 2007 World Championships, showcasing her exceptional talent and determination on the water. However, it was after retiring from competitive rowing that Baz truly found her calling.
Launching a successful international coaching business, Baz focused her expertise on pelvic health, guiding countless women—from elite athletes to new mothers—towards greater vitality and happiness by exploring the intricate connection between mind and body.
Baz co-authored the Female Body Bible, which was an instant Sunday Times
Bestseller and is now published in 5 languages. It merges the latest science with the combined experience of its three expert authors: NHS doctor Bella Smith, sports research scientist Dr Emma Ross and athletic coach Baz Moffat, The Female Body Bible busts the myths and taboos that persist around women’s bodies.

Menopause/Midlife Non-negotiable’s
Midlife is stressful – it’s a time when there is a lot of life happening and hormonally there is a rollercoaster going on, which can quickly lead to confusion, overwhelm and burnout. Baz has worked with 100’s of highflying women who have been challenged by this inevitable life stage and need help to know what to prioritise given the limited time they have available to focus on themselves.

Pelvic Health
This workshop will go far beyond the traditional squeeze and lift approach and will provide women with the skills and practical knowledge they need to look after this irreplaceable part of their body. It’s relevant for women of all ages.

- What the pelvic floor is and what it should and shouldn’t do.
- What is normal but not OK when it comes to pelvic floor.
- The modern approach to pelvic floor exercise.
What will be covered:
- How to do a pelvic floor contraction and how to establish good habits so you reliably do your exercises every day.
- Where to get help and how to talk about it.
- This workshop is for every woman – regardless of whether you’ve had children or not, are menopausal or not, experiencing issues or not, knowing about this amazing part of the anatomy and how to take good care of it is vital.
