Anisha Joshi is an award-winning multidisciplinary osteopath and clinic director. A winner of the Principal Osteopath of the Year Award, she counts household name sport and television stars amongst her clients. Anisha’s expert comments have been featured in The Telegraph, Vanity Fair and she is the resident on-screen osteopath for ITV’s This Morning. Her new book “Heal Your Back: 4 Steps to a Pain-free Life” will be published by Penguin in 2024. In a corporate setting Anisha offers bespoke ergonomic advice, identifying hazards and preventing injury.
