Meet Andy Ayim
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions.
I help senior leaders in hyper-growth and enterprise organisations build more human-centred cultures—where empathy, curiosity, and connection are seen as essential capabilities, not soft skills.
My work has supported teams at Google, Tesco, Uber, Novartis, Nando’s and Oxford Saïd Business School—and featured at events like Mind the Product, London Tech Week, and CIPD Festival of Work.
With experience as a founder, investor, and product leader, I bring a lived, global perspective that helps leaders codify their own.
Curiosity is the core of my work: it fuels connection, sharpens thinking, and helps teams thrive in uncertainty.
The reason why I love facilitating these learning experiences is because I am a prime example that talent is widely distributed but access to opportunity isn’t. My life story has been all about the rich perspectives I have gained through travelling, living across 3 continents, working across different scales of businesses (startup to enterprise) and working across a range of roles from product management to investing.
