- Andreas Kuffner is a German representative rower. He is a dual Olympian, an Olympic gold & silver medallist and a world champion. He was in the crew that won the gold medal at the men’s eight competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

About Andreas Kuffner
Andreas Kuffner’s experience comes from 16 years of high performance sports on the way to two Olympic medals with many changes and setbacks as well as from working in a high performance team, the German Eight. In addition, he accompany teams and organizations in change and development processes in his work as a consultant and systemic coach.
In 2012, they made history as a team. For the first time in 24 years, the German Eight won Olympic gold.
One of their biggest challenges: Developing a high-performance team. One of their success factors: resonance in the team.
Andreas support people and companies in developing new behaviors and creating new social practices, structures and spaces. He dedicate himself to this work with a lot of empathy, passion, creativity and joy.
