Alessandra Dabul has a Masters and a PhD Degree in Economics, Social and Environmental Law. Certificate on “Sustainable Capitalism and ESG” by the University of California Berkeley Law Executive Education. Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. Certificate – IBGC – CCA to perform as Board member in private and public companies. Professional with 30 years of experience in Corporate Law with emphasis to Mergers and Acquisitions for Multinational Corporations. Alessandra has worked for EY, KPMG and Deloitte (where she performed as a partner responsible for the legal practice in the South of Brazil).

  • Founding Partner at Pereira, Dabul Advogados and RCA Governança e Sucessões.
