It’s important to note that we are not a speaker agency, and we do not manage speaker enquiries or bookings.

How do we work with speaker bureaus and talent agencies?

We work with speaker bureaus and talent agencies in two ways:

  1. Bureaus can request to have their listings added to speaker profiles where appropriate.
  2. Bureaus and agencies can request login access to The Speaker Handbook to view agency-only information supplied by speakers.

Both of these services are free to bureaus and talent agencies. This page covers each in more detail and explains how to get started.

Add your agency listings to The Speaker Handbook

The speaker profiles in our Handbook include links to speaker bureaus and talent agencies.

We can add links to your agency for the speakers you list on your online roster. This is a free service we offer because it helps us ensure that the information we offer to our users is accurate and up-to-date. Most importantly, it can help you to get more enquiries for the speakers you work with.

If you would like us to add your bureau links to our speaker profiles for free, complete the form below. Once we receive your form, we will verify each listing on your site and add your link to the appropriate speakers in the Handbook.

Please note: Some speakers who are exclusive to one agency or bureau ask that no other bureaus be listed. Also, some speakers request that no links to bureaus are displayed at all. Where possible, we honour these requests.

  2. Add your listings manually (best for a small number of speakers).

How to access agency-only details in The Speaker Handbook

Many of the speakers who use The Speaker Handbook have added information specifically for speaker bureaus. We do not display this information publicly and it can only be seen by verified bureaus who have requested and have been granted access.

If you represent, own or work for a bona fide speaker agency, then you can request access by completing the form below. We do not charge for this service.

Why do I need to request access?

The information available through your account is sensitive and, by agreement with the speakers listed on our site, is only available to verified employees from recognised speaker bureaus.

We have worked hard to make our verification process quick and painless and it normally takes less than one business day for your account to be up and running.
